HOT-SELLING ITEMS ON THE MASSES MENU SINGAPORE

C&C&C&C Pasta (Starters & Mains): This playful and customizable dish is a true signature item. Choose from hot or cold options, featuring a creamy cheese base and crunchy croutons. The magic lies in the unexpected Asian touches – think kimchi for a spicy kick or XO sauce for a rich, umami explosion.

Steak Tartare: This French classic gets a Southeast Asian makeover at The Masses. Finely chopped Wagyu beef is the star, but the real intrigue comes with the accompanying condiments. Vietnamese nuoc cham (fish sauce dressing) and toasted peanuts add a delightful layer of complexity, making it a must-try for adventurous eaters.

Char Siew Lamb Rib: Forget everything you thought you knew about Char Siew (barbecued pork). The Masses take this beloved dish to new heights with succulent lamb ribs. Marinated in a sweet and savoury glaze, these melt-in-your-mouth ribs are a testament to their innovative take on global comfort food.

THE MASSES REVIEWS

The Masses was an absolute delight! Their menu is like a symphony for your taste buds. We started with the C&C&C&C Pasta – hot with kimchi, and it was phenomenal. The creamy cheese and crunchy croutons were the perfect base for the spicy kick of the kimchi. Then came the Steak Tartare – wow! The Wagyu beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the Vietnamese nuoc cham added a whole new dimension to the dish. For mains, the Char Siew Lamb Rib stole the show.

Zara

The Masses is definitely an interesting experience. The menu is full of unique combinations that might not be for everyone. We tried the cold C&C&C&C Pasta with XO sauce – it was a bit too salty for my taste. The Hay Smoked Hamachi was interesting, but the smokiness overpowered the delicate flavor of the fish. However, the Wagyu Beef Tongue was surprisingly delicious! It was incredibly tender and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, but overall, I think The Masses is better suited for adventurous eaters who appreciate bold flavors.

Zelda

The Masses hit the perfect spot between casual and fine-dining. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the food is seriously impressive. We shared the C&C&C&C Pasta (hot this time) with cheese and croutons – classic comfort food with a touch of elegance. Then we tried the Squid Ink Kueh Pie Tee – a fun twist on a traditional Peranakan dish. The black pastry shell was a cool touch, and the crabmeat filling was delicious. For dessert, we shared the Cempedak Tarte Tatin – a unique and flavorful way to end the meal. The Masses is a great option for a special occasion or a night out with friends who love to try new things.
