KORAT THAI REVIEWS
I finally got a chance to try Korat Thai after hearing so much about it! The restaurant itself is no-frills, but the focus is definitely on the food. We started with the Som Tam – wow! It was perfectly balanced between sweet, spicy, and sour, with a refreshing crunch. For the main course, I had the Laab Gai (minced chicken salad). The Isaan spices were incredible, unlike anything I’ve had before. It was flavorful without being overpowering, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. My friend had the Pad Thai, and even this familiar dish had a subtle kick that set it apart. We finished with some Mango Sticky Rice, which was the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, a fantastic experience! I’ll definitely be back to try more of their Isaan specialties.

This place is a hidden gem! Tucked away in Orchard Towers, Korat Thai offers a taste of authentic Isaan cuisine. Don’t be fooled by the simple decor – the food is the real star here. We ordered the Tom Yum soup with a side of sticky rice. The soup was incredibly flavorful, with a rich broth and a perfect level of spice. The sticky rice was perfectly cooked and a great accompaniment. For the main course, we shared the Kai Yang (grilled chicken). The chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful, marinated in a delicious Isaan spice blend. We also tried a bite of their friend’s Papaya Salad – so fresh and tangy! The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, a great find for delicious and authentic Isaan food.

Calling all spice lovers! Korat Thai is the place to be. We went with a group of friends who love their Thai food spicy, and Korat Thai did not disappoint! We started with a plate of their assorted vegetable platter with a spicy nahm prik dipping sauce – fantastic! For the main course, most of us opted for the Laab – some with chicken, some with pork. The spice level was perfect, with a complex flavor profile that was unlike anything we’ve had before. We also tried a portion of their Pad Thai with a spicy twist – delicious! Even though we were sweating, we couldn’t stop eating! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick. Overall, a fantastic and fiery adventure into the world of Isaan cuisine. We’ll be back for sure!
